Families will love this place

Great spot close to the Alamo and Riverwalk. The made-to-order omelets were awesome, and the staff is super friendly.

It wasn't cheap, but still worth it.

Nothing stood out

Room was hot and looked outdated. Breakfast and reception were chaotic. With the remodel the experance was very disappointing.

The location is great for exploring San Antonio, close to the rodeo, shopping centers, and theme parks. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the made-to-order omelets. The staff were efficient and very friendly.

No warning the whole place was under construction. Every part of the hotel was a construction site except the rooms. The room smelled of mildew, the walls had stuff dripping down them. The breakfast was inedible, powdered eggs..cold potatos, barely cooked bacon. We basically paid a lot of money to stay in a closed down, dangerous for our child construction zone with bad food and dirty rooms. With no warning..

My room was a decent size, well-stocked, and I had a good night's sleep. the room had a microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge, which was an advantage. - the fast check-in at 4 pm made the hotel a great place for relaxing.

I did like the sink separate from bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. We were surprised at seeing construction but it really wasn't any problem at all. The mattress was so comfortable

Bathrooms really small. The bedroom could have been a little smaller with a bigger bathroom. I am a small person and there was barely enough room to turn around

Reasonably priced accommodation, attentive staff, comfortable location close to everything. The breakfast was fine and the view from our well-stocked room was marvellous. Smooth check-in, just what we needed.

The money I spent was cheaper then if I got a hotel. I got a suite which was alot better. The price was perfect!!
